Reed City Group’s 2021 MVPs: May, June
May, June 2021
The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.
At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better. Here are our most recent MVPs!
Trevor Spehar: May
Trevor Spehar was our May MVP – he has been a critical proponent of the new clean room injection molding. Trevor has been extremely helpful, whether is staying late or coming in early, he always assists in extra requests. This helps foster a successful environment as he understands how critical attention to detail is in our new endeavors! Great work, Trevor!
Matt Meekhof: June
Matt has been extremely dedicated since he started at Reed City Group this year. In June, he went above and beyond to get tooling production ready for a new program we are launching. Matt was vital in this process and we appreciate his hard work and flexibility! Keep it up, Matt!
Cody Jones: JuNE
Cody has been instrumental in our Medical and BioPharm developments here at Reed City Group. His machining skillset and CNC knowledge continues to drive a positive-impact change at RCG. His willingness to lead this project has helped make it successful. Thank you, Cody!
