Reed City Group’s 2021 MVPs: Jan., Feb., March

Apr 30, 2021

January, February, March 2021

The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.

At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better.  Here are our most recent MVPs!

Mike booker:  January

Mike is the perfect example of working hard and going the extra mile for customers. In January, Mike spent countless late nights staying to work through projects to meet and exceed customer deadlines. This shows an amazing level of dedication and helps maintain our reputation in our industry. Thanks for all you do, Mike!

Matt Walcott:  February

Matt was recognized in February as that month’s MVP. Matt has gone above and beyond with his level of hard work and attention to detail, and took initiative to set up a new work-book for his department. The growth he has shown in his department has been outstanding and his leadership skills continue to evolve. Matt is one of a handful of two time MVP winners. Great work, Matt!

Callie meekhof:  march

In March, we awarded Callie for bringing a new level of excellence to our team. She was hired in to assist with our clean room operations and has excelled in all of the new endeavors. Her positive energy, eagerness to be present and knowledgeable has created a new energy level/bar. Welcome to the team, Callie! Keep up the great work!
