Recent MVPS: Dec., Jan., Feb. ’19-’20

Mar 24, 2020

December, January, February

The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.

At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better.  Here are our most recent MVPs!

Darrell Reed:  December

In December, Darrel went above expectations making sure that machines stayed running during non-working hours to ensure we kept on pace for making our lead times. This, in turn, maintains customer expectations. This kind of dedication and hard is endlessly appreciated! Great work, Darrell!

Maria Thiel: January

In December, Darrel went above expectations making sure that machines stayed running during non-working hours to ensure we kept on pace for making our lead times. This, in turn, maintains customer expectations. This kind of dedication and hard is endlessly appreciated! Great work, Darrell!

Fran Carpenter: February

As our most recent MVP at this time, Fran took initiative in February to train new employees on proper procedures, processes, and quality checks. Fran is quick to jump in and help out where she can, including working extended overtime to meet the needs of assembly. It is important to note Fran sets a great example by also keeping her workplace clean and tidy as well! You are a great asset to our team, keep it up, Fran!
