RCG MVPs: feb ’22 to May ’22

The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.

At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better.  Here are our most recent MVPs!

Cody Aldrich: May ’22

Cody approaches each situation with positivity and the mind set to complete every task that gets thrown his way! We appreciate Cody’s motivation to help every team that needs him, and his impact on that he has on IT! Great work, Cody!

Brett is a great team player here at Reed City Group, and continues to go above and beyond during his shift. In April, he stepped up to cover another’s vacation time, and modified his personal schedule to work overtime. Keep up the good work, Brett!

Brandon Keathley: March ’22

Brandon continues to step up when needed here at RCG, and in March, went above and beyond to cover the employees who were gone on vacation. Taking initiative and being willing to learn are true characteristics of hard work and dedication. Keep it up, Brandon!

Ryan Spehar: Feb. ’22

Ryan is always thinking outside of the box – in February he came up with a better way to measure a part, and also created a nest for the part in order to perform a much more accurate and consistent measure. Great Job, Ryan!
