Sep 28, 2021

July, August 2021

The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.

At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better.  Here are our most recent MVPs!

Jeff Paine: July

As a repeat MVP, Jeff has again gone above and beyond to be the MVP of July. As volumes increase, Jeff ensures that his duties on the shop floor continue to operate smoothly. This requires adjusting his work schedule and maintaining a heightened level of responsibility in his area. We appreciate Jeff’s flexibility and forward thinking as we continue to grow. Keep it up, Jeff!

Alicia Huff: August

As one of our newer employees, Alicia came in an made an immediate impact in our operations. Having a motivated and strong work ethic goes a long ways and is a great example for those around. Stepping into a new role in a changing environment can be challenging, but Alicia has lived up to the task and continues to be a hard worker. Thank you for all your hard work, Alicia!
