Congrats on Retirement, Chris Raymond!

Congrats, Chris! 

Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the retirement of one of our long-time leaders in the shop. 

For nearly 30 years, Chris has exemplified what it means to be hard working and motivated- starting out on mills and CNC machines, he eventually went into the mold-maker apprenticeship program. Only soon after, he became a mold leader and a supervisor in the last years of his career. 

Chris has had a unique artistic ability to fix nearly anything that the shop could throw at him, sometimes fixing damaged tools that seemed beyond repair. Not only was Chris great with his craft, but he was also an amazing teacher in the shop to up and coming mold makers, showing that he cared about his people just as much as he did his work. 

In his retirement, Chris is looking forward to family time and rebuilding cars. 

The Reed City Group team will miss Chris dearly, and wish him the best in his future endeavors!
