APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Reed City Group offers an extensive apprenticeship program that focuses on providing students with on the job training, while also reinforcing educational learning simultaneously at ZERO cost to the apprentice.
Our 4 year program results in a state-provided Journeyman Certification, that merits competitive wages and numerous advancement opportunities within our company. Our program supplies the following:
8,000 hours of provided on the job training at the Reed City Group facility
576 hours of provided educational training, provided by Penn Foster and Michigan Works at our facility
A state approved Journeyman certification, and educational certification
Full benefits package after 90 days and paid strong competitive wages during and after the program
